<How to wear>

1) Check the position of the lumbar spine, make sure to have right and left side of the product, have the backrest adhered tightly to the correct position, and coil around the waist with the belt from side to side to fix it.
2) Pull a handle and control the pressure on the waist.
3) Attach the pulled handle on the front of an abdomen.
